赤泥固废源头减量化分选技术针对目前我国赤泥产生量大、资源化利用赤泥固废源头减量化分选技术针对目前赤泥产生量大、资源化利用率低等现状,根据赤泥产生的工艺特点,采用选矿方法对产生赤泥固体废物的源头矿石铝土矿中脉石矿物进行脱除,获得杂质含量低的铝土矿精矿,可以从源头上减少进入氧化铝生产环节的杂质含量,降低赤泥产生量,同时也降低氧化铝的生产成本。根据铝土矿原矿性质与生产工艺特点,在查明铝土矿中主要元素的赋存状态、一水硬铝石及主要脉石矿物嵌布特征基础上,针对贵州高硫铝土矿原矿S含量3%左右,采用浮选技术强化脉石矿物的选择性分离,明晰铝土矿浮选过程主要脉石矿物的走向规律,揭示浮选药剂在矿物表面作用的微观机制,获得的铝精矿S含量小于0.3%、S脱除率大于90%,数据量为908 KB,从而降低氧化铝提取过程消耗和赤泥固体废物产生量。该技术提出采用选矿方法实现赤泥固体废物源头减量的思路,可有效减少进入铝冶炼过程的杂质量,降低赤泥固体废物产生量,对铝冶炼行业低碳绿色发展具有积极意义。

The source reduction and sorting technology for red mud solid waste targets the current situation of large red mud production and low resource utilization rate in China. Based on the process characteristics of red mud generation, this technology adopts mineral processing methods to remove gangue minerals from bauxite, the source ore that produces red mud solid waste, to obtain bauxite concentrate with low impurity content. This can reduce the impurity content entering the alumina production chain from the source, cut down the amount of red mud generated, and lower the production cost of alumina. Based on the properties of raw bauxite ore and the production process characteristics, after clarifying the occurrence states of main elements in bauxite and the disseminated and textural characteristics of diaspore and major gangue minerals, this technology focuses on the high-sulfur bauxite raw ore from Guizhou with a sulfur content of approximately 3%. Flotation technology is applied to strengthen the selective separation of gangue minerals. The migration rules of main gangue minerals during the bauxite flotation process are clarified, and the microscopic mechanism of flotation reagents interacting with mineral surfaces is revealed. The obtained bauxite concentrate has a sulfur content of less than 0.3% and a sulfur removal rate of over 90%, with a dataset size of 908 KB. This effectively reduces the consumption during alumina extraction and the amount of red mud solid waste generated. This technology proposes the concept of realizing source reduction of red mud solid waste via mineral processing methods, which can effectively decrease the impurities entering the aluminum smelting process and cut down the generation of red mud solid waste, thus playing a positive role in the low-carbon and green development of the aluminum smelting industry.
