3' droplet-based single cell RNA sequencing of a human small intestinal tissue and human small intestinal organoids

Using 3' droplet-based single cell sequencing, we profiled single cells derived from a fresh human small intestinal epithelial tissue and human small intestinal organoids cultured with either IGF1/FGF2 or EGF/p38i. EpCAM+ live single cells from a human intestinal tissue and live cells from human small intestinal organoids were FACS-sorted and subjected to sequencing. **Raw data not provided because the current study is not approved to release personally identifiable information.**
