该数据为了仿真柔性生产过程以验证理论计算分析的正确性和发现生产过程中的其他重要优化决策要素,通过所设计开发的面向自动化生产线柔性制造过程的优化决策仿真平台,基于与优化决策模块模块对内外部算法的连接,在平台中进行仿真的过程及结果所产生。主要记录了实验输入输出数据主要获取自软件运行参数。通过仿真,每个零件的每道工序选择最合适的加工机床并确定每台机床上各零件工序的顺序及开始时间,使得最终加工完成时间最小场景,实现数据的输入输出。根据所设置场景需求加工,数据量约290条。
This dataset is generated to simulate flexible production processes, verify the correctness of theoretical computational analyses, and identify other critical optimal decision-making factors in production. It is derived from the processes and results of simulations run on a custom-developed optimal decision-making simulation platform for flexible manufacturing processes of automated production lines. The platform connects internal and external algorithms via its optimal decision-making module. It primarily records experimental input and output data, which are collected from the operating parameters of the simulation software. During the simulation, the optimal machining tool is selected for each operation of every part, and the processing sequence and start time of each part's operations on every machine are determined to minimize the total machining completion time under the configured scenario, thereby generating the required input and output data. A total of approximately 290 data records are generated in accordance with the configured scenario requirements for production processing.
