Using bulk RNAseq, we explored transcriptomic landscape of three reward areas - PrL, NAc, VTA and two sensory areas -S1, VBT in perinatal fentanyl exposed juvenile mice Pregnant C57BL/6 dams were administered 10µg/ml fentanyl in drinking water from embryonic day 0 through weaning. At juvenile ages, tissue punches from 5 brain areas were obtained and sequenced.
