Microdata from the Survey on Tourism Expenditure in the Canary Islands. 2023 Second quarter

The basic objective of the Survey on Tourist Expenditure is to know the volume and structure of expenditure made by tourists who spend at least one night in any type of accommodation in the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands. The sociodemographic profile of the tourist and the general characteristics of the trip are also the object of study of the survey. In this data set, the micro-data identifying the tourist are collected: main destination, main accommodation, country of residence, main reason for the trip, length of stay, way of organising the trip, expenditure concepts, activities carried out, satisfaction and socio-economic characteristics for Q2 2023.
