This dataset is a complete mirror of the General Statistics Office of Vietnam (NSO/GSO) PX-Web statistical database, containing official statistics from 1959 to 2024. PX-Web is an international standard for publishing multi-dimensional statistical tables (matrices), where each table is a hypercube with one value axis and several classifying axes (e.g., time, province, industry, sex). The dataset includes 502 PX-Web matrices across 12 major database domains such as agriculture, education, population & labour, enterprises, health & society, and more. Data is provided in two formats: native schema and a unified long-format projection, allowing users to choose between as-published and ready-to-join usage. It comprises 316,108 long-format cells and comes with analysis notebooks, visualizations, and documentation for data exploration, semantic mapping, and synthetic persona generation. The language is Vietnamese (canonical) and English, licensed under CC-BY-NC 4.0.
