针对运转中的滚动轴承,滚动体在进入承载区后,滚动体和内外圈滚道间会因轴承内部复杂的接触关系和运动关系而产生打滑,继而发生擦伤。试验机的设计思路为设计一个圆盘与拥有一定转速的滚子径向接触,以模拟滚动轴承内部的滚动接触。利用滚子与圆盘在接触瞬间形成的接触表面速度差,模拟实现滚动轴承滚动体与内外圈滚道间因打滑而发生的擦伤。
For operating rolling bearings, when the rolling elements enter the load-bearing zone, slipping will occur between the rolling elements and the raceways of the inner and outer rings due to the complex internal contact and kinematic relationships of the bearing, subsequently leading to scuffing. The design concept of the testing machine is to establish radial contact between a disk and a roller rotating at a specified rotational speed, so as to simulate the rolling contact inside a rolling bearing. By leveraging the contact surface velocity difference formed between the roller and the disk at the moment of contact, the scuffing caused by slipping between the rolling elements and the raceways of the inner and outer rings in rolling bearings can be effectively simulated and reproduced.
