Small mammal survey NP Gesäuse 2012

From May to October 2012, a basic survey of the small mammal fauna (Rodentia, Sciuridae, Soricidae) was carried out in the Gesäuse National Park using low invasive methods (live catches, hair stick tubes, nest boxes, trace mappings) as well as the evaluation of death finds and boulders. The focus of the study was on the species protected in the province of Styria.
