Identification of differentially expressed genes in the bone marrow microenvironment of mice with leukemia

To identify the genes that are differntially expressed in the bone marrow microenvironment of mice with leukemia we isolated total RNA from primary stromal cells sorted from mice with chronic or acute myeloid leukemia. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis by microarray ofstromal cells isolated from the bone marrow of mice with chronic (3 replicats) or acute (3 rplicates) myeloid leukemia.
