The relief parameter ‘Terrain Classification Index for Lowlands’ (TCI low ) is used to identify sink areas and represents the tendency towards morphographic relief units metrically. With the decrease of the values, the index in the lowlands indicates the relief forms of the holocene floodplains (highest value), low terraces, low lying sander areas as well as ground and end moraines (lowest value).
