To investigate the transcriptional profiles and functional characteristics of Trm cells in the small bowel of Crohn's disease (CD) and their interactions with immune cells, we performed single-cell RNA sequencing on CD3+ T cells and CD45+ immune cells. Overall design: Intestinal immune cells were isolated by CD3+ or CD45+ in lamina propria (LP) and submucosa/muscularis propria-enriched fractions (SM/MP) from small bowel tissue samples in each patient. ***Submitter states that raw data is not provided due to hospital policy***
