Analysis of genome-wide chromatin interactions in the Arabidopsis mutants showing abnormal centromere distribution

To investigate the contribution of centromere distribution to the formation of higher-order chromatin structure during mitotic interphase in plants, we conducted Hi-C analysis in the Arabidopsis mutants of condensin II and CRWNs which show abnormal centromere distribution. The nuclei extracted from shoots of 14d-old-seedlings were subjected to Hi-C analysis.
