多语种涉外法治的法律法规知识库

本数据集聚焦涉外法治领域，覆盖美国、英国、法国、德国和澳大利亚五个国家，涉及营商环境、涉外投资及争端解决三大主题，整合了公约、条约、法律法规及司法与仲裁案例等多类信息，包含外国法律法规10万余条、司法案例4万余个，为涉外法治研究提供了系统的数据支持。
本数据集基于涉外法治领域特点，遵循数据收集、数据整理和归纳总结的“三阶段”路径。首先，梳理识别域外法治信息的采集渠道，形成域外法治信息的采集渠道清单。根据各国数据库采集数据信息进行整合分析，采集了涉外法治相关的公约、条约、法律法规、司法案例和仲裁案例等内容，覆盖美国、英国、法国、德国和澳大利亚5个国家，涵盖营商环境、涉外投资、争端解决3个领域。包括包括外国法律法规共约10余万条，司法案例4万余个。

This dataset focuses on the field of foreign-related rule of law, covering five countries: the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, and Australia, with three core themes: business environment, foreign-related investment, and dispute resolution. It integrates diverse sources of information including international conventions, bilateral treaties, national laws and regulations, as well as judicial and arbitration cases, and contains over 100,000 foreign laws and regulations and more than 40,000 judicial cases, providing systematic data support for research in the field of foreign-related rule of law.

Built upon the characteristics of the foreign-related rule of law domain, this dataset adopts a three-stage workflow encompassing data collection, data organization, and inductive summarization. Initially, it sorts out and identifies collection channels for foreign rule of law information, compiling a comprehensive list of such channels. Subsequently, data is collected from national databases of the aforementioned five countries, followed by integration and analysis. The collected materials cover content related to foreign-related rule of law, including international conventions, treaties, laws and regulations, judicial cases, and arbitration cases, spanning the three aforementioned fields. In total, the dataset contains approximately 100,000 foreign laws and regulations and over 40,000 judicial cases.
