Datasets for paper "Tuning local microstructure of colloidal gels by ultrasound-activated deformable inclusions", Soft Matter 2022.<br>Datasets include post-processed data from confocal imaging of colloidal gels, including positions of particles and structural quantities calculated as described in the paper.<br>Datasets are provided for two types of experiment: gel deformation caused by dissolution of an embedded bubble; or by ultrasound-driven bubble oscillations.<br>
