Municipalities in area sensitive to saturation (wind)

Following the 2019 DREAL study on visual saturation and the 2021 analysis method, this layer represents the synthesis of the 3 indices: index of Horizon Occupancy (IOH), density index (ID), breathing space index (IER). The communes in red correspond to the communes in red on at least one of the 3 indices, the same for the other colors. The values correspond to built or authorised wind turbines (stopped at the end of 2020) located less than 10 km from the town centres. When the project affects one of the municipalities in red or orange or when it seems necessary (e.g. common in yellow or green which would pass into orange or red with the project), an analysis of the saturation by the project promoter is expected. Following the 2019 DREAL study on visual saturation, areas sensitive to saturation risk were identified.
