Summary of immune cell phenotypes of mice splenocytes detected by flow cytometry.

Results are expressed as percentage (mean ± SD) of total splenocytes from 331 G4 mice. MHC II: major histocompatibility complex class II, FoxP3: forkhead box protein P3, IFNγ: interferon-γ, IL4: interleukin-4, IL17: interleukin-17, PDCA1: plasmacytoid dendritic cell antigen-1. Cell types were defined as follows: B cells–CD19+, T cells–CD3+, double-positive (DP) T cells–CD4+/CD8+, cytotoxic T cells–CD8+, T helper cells–CD4+, Th1 cells–CD4+/IFNγ+, Th2 cells—CD4+/IL4+, Th17 cells—CD4+/IL17+, Tregs–FoxP3+, conventional dendritic cells (cDCs)–CD11c+, Plasmacytoid dendritic cells (PD)–PDAC1+.
