Targeting VGLL4 maintains extracellular matrix homeostasis and mitigates osteoarthritis

We extracted articular chondrocytes from Vgll4-/- mice and littermate control mice, obtained RNA from control and Vgll4-/- KO mouse cells, and performed transcriptome sequencing (fold change greater than 1.5, p value less than 0.05). The data were analyzed on the Majorbio Cloud Platform (www.majorbio.com), which is a free online platform.
