Dataset for: Host evolutionary lineage shapes assembly, network topology, and metabolic potential of coral skeletal endolithic microbiomes

This dataset contains the raw ASV tables, taxonomic annotations, and sample metadata used in the study "Host evolutionary lineage shapes the assembly and network topology of endolithic bacterial and archaeal communities in scleractinian coral skeletons". Metadata.csv: Sample information including host genus, clade (Complex/Robust), and environmental parameters. ASV_table_*.csv: Count data for bacteria and archaea. Taxonomy_*.csv: Taxonomic classification based on SILVA 138 database.
