TGF-beta inhibition enhances therapeutic efficacy of Endothelial Cells for Critical Limb Ischemia in Diabetic Mice via a PI3K-Nrf2-Hif1alpha pathway

This study aim to identified a protective effect of TGF-beta inhibition for EPCs in harsh conditions and provided a simple and effective approach to obtain EPCLCs, which represent an ideal cell source for the treatment of diabetic CLI.
