DP Coastal Bach Overlay (OpenData)

This entity describes the location of existing coastal baches and the future location of replacement or relocated baches that are to be removed from their existing location (in parts of Taylor Mistake, Hobsons Bay and Boulder Bay) due to risks from natural hazards and their impact on natural character and public access. The total number of baches within this entity is restricted to 45 and the residential occupation of all baches must be on a temporary basis. This entity is intersected with PropertyFeatures (e.g. RatingUnit, StreetAddress, etc) for asset management purposes and to enable generation of property condition comments.
