For unit level, the value is given as Yes = 1 and No = 0, while at municipality level it is given as a percentage (%) of accommodation where there is a training facility located close to the accommodation and which can be easily accessed by the elderly in special accommodation for the elderly. Easily accessible means that the premises are also easily accessible for people with\ndisabilities and who need, for example, walking aids or wheelchairs. Training room: Does not need to be a separate building or room but a clearly defined area that is available for training.
