Assay Data for IMR-90 Fibroblasts Overexpressing an AluJb transposon

This dataset contains the raw assay data and images associated with the manuscript titled "A multi-omics analysis of human fibroblasts overexpressing an Alu transposon reveals widespread disruptions in aging-associated pathways". In this study, an AluJb transposon was transiently overexpressed in IMR-90 fibroblasts and overexpression was verified by reverse transcription followed by endpoint PCR. Additionally, several functional assays were carried out, including an Agilent Seahorse Mitochondrial Stress Test, a propidium iodide cell cycle assay, and a Proteostat Aggresome detection assay.
