Detection of HBV DNA integration in plasma cell-free DNA of different HBV diseases utilizing DNA capture and NGS sequencing

We developed an improved HBV-DNA detection strategy based on the DNA probe capture strategy. The HBV integration characteristics of the HepG2-NTCP infection model and plasma cfDNA from 25 HBeAg-negative patients (9 with CHB, 10 with LC, and 6 with HCC) were studied employing this strategy.
