Single-embryo RNA-seq investigating effect of ethanol exposure during early Zebrafish development

Goal of study was to elucidate mechanisms of ethanol teratogenesis and genetic sensitivity to it. RNA was isolated from control and ethanol-treated zebrafish embryos at different developmental time points (6, 8, 10, and 14 hours post-fertilization). The experiment allows for assessment of developmentally regulated gene expression and its disruption due to ethanol exposure.
