scGR-seq: simulatenous profiling of glycomic and transcriptomic in single cell [scRNA-Seq]

Previously we have developed integrated analysis of single cell glycome and the transcriptome called scGR-seq using oligonucleotide-labeled lectins. Due to its plate based method, the amount of cell that can be analyzed was limited. Here, adapting 10x Genomic platform we analyzed the integrated model in thousands of cell revealing heterogenicity of cellular glyco-state in cell population.
