We used the data obtained from three independent repeats of RNA-seq of AZ521 cell line for gene expression profile analysis. Overall design: To further explore the underlying mechanisms of the anti-gastric cancer activity of platycodon D, we performed RNA-sequencing in AZ-521 cells after treatment with 10µM platycodon D for 48h. The control groups were treated with DMSO.
