通过在塔机顶升套架上安装油缸位移计、套架倾角仪、环境风速仪和温度计,顶升作业顶升与换步受力状态下配备光电或机械开关、多参数智能传感器等设备采集数据,同时于工程现场构建数据传输组网,现场电脑/总部云平台端通过5G或以太网接收塔机智能传感器发送的位移、位移速度、倾角、风速、温度、湿度、光电或机械开关状态实时数据,形成建设工程塔机顶升作业质量安全状态数据集。
This dataset is developed for monitoring the quality and safety status of tower crane jacking operations in construction engineering. First, hydraulic cylinder displacement transducers, sleeve frame inclinometers, ambient anemometers and thermometers are installed on the jacking sleeve frames of tower cranes, together with photoelectric or mechanical switches and multi-parameter intelligent sensors, to collect data under the force-bearing states during jacking operations and step-changing procedures. Meanwhile, a dedicated on-site data transmission network is constructed. Real-time sensing data including displacement, displacement speed, inclination angle, wind speed, temperature, humidity, and the status of photoelectric or mechanical switches, sent by the tower crane intelligent sensors, are received by on-site computers and headquarters cloud platforms via 5G or Ethernet. The collected data is organized to form the final quality and safety status dataset for tower crane jacking operations in construction engineering.
