Source data for the kinetic assays in publication "Substrate cooperativity shapes competitive inhibitor responses in mycobacterial inosine 5′-monophosphate dehydrogenase"

Datasets of enzyme kinetics related to the publication "Substrate cooperativity shapes competitive inhibitor responses in mycobacterial inosine 5′-monophosphate dehydrogenase". The underlying reference to the paper will be provided upon publication. Individual files contain raw kinetic reaction data of the mycobacterial IMPDHs (wild type and mutant forms of Mycobacterium smegmatis or wild type Mycobacterium tuberculosis). Individual data sets are presented as time data points of the absorbance at 340 nm in an Excel file with a linked Graphpad graphical link.
