Deletion mutant analysis of established glucose signaling and metabolic pathway members in Saccharomyces cerevisiae

To understand the organisation of the glucose regulatory system, we analysed 91 deletion mutants of established glucose signalling and metabolic pathway members in Saccharomyces cerevisiae by DNA microarrays为阐明葡萄糖调控系统的组织机制，我们借助DNA微阵列（DNA microarrays）技术，对酿酒酵母（Saccharomyces cerevisiae）中已确立的葡萄糖信号转导与代谢通路相关基因的91株敲除突变体开展了分析。
