The study goal is to provide evidence for monitoring and evaluation of PSI/Myanmar HIV Prevention Program. The study is part of a contribution to achieve the program goal to reduce the incidence of HIV among Key Affected Populations. This survey will help monitor the trends of changes in the promoted health behavior (consistent condom use with all types of partners) along with determinants among target populations (MSM), and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of the program. This study is for the first wave of the TRaC Survey. This is a cross-sectional multi round survey. The study design calls for a Respondent Driven sampling approach to recruit representative sample of hard-to-reach populations in Yangon and Mandalay. The sample includes 1057 MSM in total.
