A plasma cell line was used to determine which genes have ELL2 protein bound to them. Overall design: Three biological replicates of cells were grown in CMs lab, fixed with 1% formaldehyde and sent frozen to Active Motif along with our 4502 anti-ELL2 antibody where ChIP seq was performed on a fee for service basis. ELL2 antibody had been previously evaluated by Active Motif and found suitable for the analyses.
