Viral genome sequencing of SARS-CoV-2 viruses circulating in US Department of Defense healthcare beneficiaries. The purpose is to characterize viruses detected at the US Air Force School of Aerospace Medicine (USAFSAM) in a variety of public health, clinical, and research activities to provide data for epidemiological investigations and public health responses.
