资源简介:

The propagation of X-ray waves through an optical system consisting of many X-ray refractive lenses is considered. For solving the problem for an electromagnetic wave, a finite-difference method is applied. The data show the result of numerical calculations of the X-ray intensity before the lens set, immediately after the 30 beryllium lenses and 100 intermediate states at a distance of 0.4 meters from the set of lenses. In total, the data consists of 102 tables, which are separated by brackets, each table consists of 5001 number pairs (points), of which the first number is responsible for the position (in millimeters), the second - for intensity values. Each pair of numbers is separated by a comma. Points are separated by brackets and commas. The algorithm for computing the dataset is available in the paper: S. Kshevetskii, P. Wojda, V. Maximov, A high-accuracy complex-phase method of simulating X-ray propagation through a multi-lens system, J. Synchrotron Rad. (2016). 23, 1305–1314, https://doi.org/10.1107/S1600577516013333
