Data is not shown for cases with TB category “unknown” (435 cases (8.9%) in smear/culture group and 464 (8.6%) in Xpert group) but can be calculated based on the numbers shown. DST (drug susceptibility tests) and MDR-TB (multidrug- resistant tuberculosis) pre-treatment are expressed as a percentage of TB cases.
