Intestinal Microecology of Rats with Yangming Fu-viscus Syndrome

To analyze the changes in intestinal microecology in rats with Yangming fu-viscus syndrome. Fourteen Wistar rats were randomly divided into a control group and a model group. Yangming fu-viscus syndrome was induced by gavage with hot Chinese herb and self-feces combined with intraperitoneal injection of Escherichia coli endotoxin. Changes in intestinal flora after 12 h were analyzed using 16s rRNA technology.
