SUDAZFLNC

The SUDAZFLNC database compiles 28,925 lncRNAs, 25,432 mRNAs, and 368 miRNAs from zebrafish, providing sequence identifiers, coding probabilities, GO and KEGG annotations, and time-course expression profiles. It offers features such as BLAST, ID conversion, and RNA-RNA interaction prediction, making it the largest curated database for zebrafish RNAs.SUDAZFLNC数据库收录了源自斑马鱼的28925条长链非编码RNA（long non-coding RNA，lncRNA）、25432条信使RNA（messenger RNA，mRNA）以及368条微小RNA（microRNA，miRNA），并提供序列标识符、编码概率、基因本体（Gene Ontology，GO）注释、京都基因与基因组百科全书（Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes，KEGG）注释以及时序表达谱数据。该数据库具备基本局部比对搜索工具（Basic Local Alignment Search Tool，BLAST）、标识符转换、RNA-RNA互作预测等功能，是目前规模最大的斑马鱼RNA人工注释数据库。
