Shotgun sequencing of genomic DNA from a soil bacterium identified as Arthrobacter sp. Isolated in South Germany, the gram-positive Arthrobacter sp. is able to use papaverin as sole carbon source.
Our group has established a stock of microorganisms isolated from the larval food of various Brazilian stingless bees. We are currently sequencing and assembling the genomes of these isolated strains.
