In this study, embryos were treated with 7.5 uM DMH1 and a corresponding DMSO control from 4 hours post-fertilization (hpf) until 8 hpf. RNA was extracted from treated and control embryos at 8.5, 12, 18, and 24 hpf for transcriptome analysis, with each stage comprising three biological replicates.
