This dataset contains raw .tiff images which correspond to full CNC volumes prepared with key Gal4 driver lines expressing UAS-SpaghettiMonster (BDSC #62147). Each .tiff file contains two channels, 1 nc82 background staining and 1 GFP corresponding to the pattern of expression of the Gal4 line. More details on the preparation and analysis of the confocal stacks can be found in the manuscript.
