Global Policy Rate Map, release 1.0 (November 2026)

Point-in-time policy rate data for 39 economies: the policy rate, the real policy rate after inflation, distance from the cycle peak in basis points, the latest move, months at the current level, the central bank inflation target and the gap to it, plus debt-to-GDP and real GDP growth context and the next scheduled decision date. Columns are defined in README.md; real_policy_rate, target_gap and cut_from_peak_bps are computed and reproducible from the published fields. Policy rates are collected from central bank releases and cross-checked against the BIS central bank policy rates series, with debt and growth context from the World Bank and IMF World Economic Outlook. Every row carries its own source string and update date. Released under CC BY-NC 4.0 for noncommercial use with attribution; commercial use requires written permission. This is a frozen release: corrections are issued as a new version, never as an edit in place.
