This is a cutting force measurement dataset under the influence of thermal errors, which focuses on measuring cutting forces during the milling process of mechanical parts. It is used to establish machining accuracy prediction models for parts under thermo-mechanical coupling effects by collecting cutting force and thermal error data during part milling, so as to improve the machining accuracy of mechanical components. Thermal error data is collected via eddy current displacement sensors, while cutting force information is gathered using a cutting force dynamometer. The total size of this dataset is 4.50 MB.
