Sustained Engagement & Community Learning Group Follow-Up Dataset

WHAT: Follow-up data tracking the formation and activity of community-based learning groups, alumni participation in local resilience planning, and downstream engagement after formal program completion. WHERE: All three hubs, with broader Florida outreach. WHY: To evidence the sustained engagement outcome in Exhibit B and to capture indicators of post-program adaptive capacity that go beyond completion metrics. HOW: Periodic alumni surveys, group facilitator reports, and event rosters. WHEN: Initiated late Year 2 and continued through end of Year 3.
