ICG是一个实时定量PCR内参基因知识库，为多种物种提供高质量实验验证的内参基因及其应用场景。该数据库基于文献审编策略，整合了模式生物和非模式生物的内参基因信息，由中国科学院北京基因组研究所生命与健康大数据中心开发。ICG is a knowledge base of reference genes for real-time quantitative PCR. It provides high-quality experimentally validated reference genes and their corresponding application scenarios for a wide range of species. This database is built on a literature curation strategy, integrating reference gene information from both model organisms and non-model organisms, and was developed by the Life and Health Big Data Center, Beijing Institute of Genomics, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
