Replication package: a cross-funder event table of targeted heritage-digitalisation funding programmes

Replication package supporting a preregistered cross-funder study of whether targeted grant programmes redirect the direction of knowledge production. Version 3.0 completes the dual-rater verification record: the completed round-2 re-labelling labels and notes for all 119 verification groups (both raters, Cohen kappa = 0.913) and the third-rater adjudication of the six borderline/disputed groups, which together with the round-2 labels reproduce the 17 verified programme openings (10 curated CORDIS families, 7 rule-based GTR groups). No data objects, estimates, or code were altered relative to version 2.0. The package deliberately contains no manuscript text, no figures, no raw funder-panel dumps, and no raw API responses; the four edges_doi_*of4.parquet shards are uploaded alongside this archive as separate files in the same record.
