This entity describes the stretch of land which surrounds a railway line or branch, the boundary is defined by the adjacent rating units and the corridor thus formed, is segmented where it intersects Street centerlines. This feature is designed to allow consents, assets, Request for Service (RFS) etc. to be assigned to Property record where no Rating Unit exists. It is spatially abstracted to an area.
