Effects of Composite Organic Acid Salt on Growth, Antioxidant Activity, and Aflatoxin Gene Expression in <i>Aspergillus flavu</i><i>s</i>

This study explored the inhibitory effects of five organic acid salts, including sodium diacetate, sodium dehydroacetate, and sodium benzoate, as well as their combined application, on <i>Aspergillus flavus</i>. The investigation assessed the impact of these compounds on mycelial growth, cellular integrity, the redox system, and the expression of key genes involved in toxin synthesis in <i>Aspergillus flavus</i>.
