先依据订单紧急程度、客户重要性赋予不同订单优先级。结合设备状态,利用设备利用率算法评估设备可用产能。同时,通过库存管理算法,根据原材料库存数据合理安排生产用料。对于人力资源,按照员工技能匹配算法,将合适人员分配到对应工序。综合这些数据,以线性规划算法为核心,构建数学模型,计算出满足订单需求、设备产能、库存约束及人力分配的最优生产排程方案,确保成本最低、效率最高,实现绿色降本增效。
First, assign distinct priority levels to orders based on order urgency and customer importance. Combined with equipment status, the available production capacity of equipment is evaluated using equipment utilization rate algorithms. Meanwhile, production materials are rationally arranged based on raw material inventory data via inventory management algorithms. For human resources, suitable personnel are allocated to corresponding processes through employee skill matching algorithms. Integrating all the above data, a mathematical model centered on linear programming algorithms is constructed to calculate the optimal production scheduling scheme that meets order requirements, equipment capacity, inventory constraints and manpower allocation, so as to minimize costs and maximize efficiency, and achieve green cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
