DP Residential Character (OpenData)

This entity describes an area in a residential neighbourhood that is distinctive from its surroundings and is considered to have a quality worthy of retention. These areas have modified, or additional rules to the standard living rules in the District Plan that recognise and protect their special nature. This entity is referred to in the District Plan as a Character Area. Note: A DPResidentialCharacter area may be formed from several discontiguous geometries, all sharing the same residential character name (e.g. where a DPResidentialCharacter area is divided by the road corridor). This entity is intersected with RatingUnit to enable generation of property condition comments. It is spatially abstracted to an Area Entity Type: Concept.本实体指代居住街区内区别于周边环境、且具备值得保留特质的区域。此类区域适用经修改或补充的地区规划（District Plan）标准居住规则，以认可并保护其独特属性。本实体在地区规划中被称为特色区域（Character Area）。 注：住宅特色区域（DPResidentialCharacter Area）可由多个共享同一住宅特色名称的不连续几何区域组成（例如被道路廊道分割的住宅特色区域）。本实体与评估单元（RatingUnit）进行空间叠加，以生成物业状况相关注释。其在空间上被抽象为区域实体类型：概念（Concept）。
