工艺高质量数据集

对j酒的生产工艺数据（如原料配比、加工时长、温度参数等），对其开展清洗（剔除设备异常值、去除重复记录）与加工处理（校准数据精度、统一统计维度），形成结构规范、信息准确的高质量数据集；依托该数据集搭建数据查询体系，实现各班组生产数据的实时调取与永久留存查看，为生产进度追踪与绩效分析提供支持。

Starting with liquor production process data (including raw material ratios, processing durations, temperature parameters and other related indicators), data cleaning (removing equipment-related outliers and duplicate records) and data processing (calibrating data precision and unifying statistical dimensions) were carried out to develop a high-quality dataset with standardized structure and accurate information. Based on this dataset, a data query system was built to enable real-time retrieval, permanent storage and access of production data from each work team, providing support for production progress tracking and performance analysis.
