To understand the transcriptome change in astrocytes after parental isolation Mice were subjected to parental isolation for 8 hours a day (9am~5pm) from postnatal day 2. Specifically, mice were divided into 2 groups: Father-only, control group that stay with their fathers. Isolated: experimental group that were separated from their parents. On postnatal day 7, mice were sacrificed to isolate astrocyte by ITGP5 immunopanning.
